Chairman and President
Milan Rybensky the Chairman and President of Filtervac International Inc.,and Enviro International Inc., an active member of the Ontario Professional Engineers Canada, founded Filtervac in 1983 and Filtervac International Inc. in 1993 after a long career with a well-known US based company called Keene-Bowser Corporation.
Milan held positions as the Chief Engineer of Keene-Bowser Corp. at both the Canadian and United States Divisions and during this period, where he gained valuable experience, Keene-Bowser was known as the world leader in oil dehydration equipment used for insulating oil applications in the electrical and power industry.
Milan Rybensky graduated from the University of Brno in Czech Republic with a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and shortly after that immigrated to Canada. Throughout his career he worked in various senior engineering roles dealing with Filtration/Separation, Mixers and Pressure Vessels, Oil Treatment and Water Treatment in several countries and his carrier culminated in 1983 when he started Filtervac International in Waterloo, Ontario Canada.
With over 50 years of engineering experience, Milan Rybensky is considered one of the pioneering engineers in the Oil Regeneration process and at present Filtervac International Inc., is the major leader in design and manufacturing of Oil purification and regeneration Plants with numerous systems operating around the world.
MARCEL RYBENSKY
COO
Marcel Rybensky has been with Filtervac since 1996, and was the General Manager prior to becoming COO. Marcel also holds management roles in Enviro EMD and Enviro International which are respectively specialized in the supply of Waste Gas Flares and On-Site Transformers Oil Regeneration Services.
In his current role with Filtervac, he is responsible for overseeing and implementing effective financial and operational procedures for the company including specific departments such as global sales & marketing,parts & service, engineering & manufacturing and human resources.
Marcel holds a Degree in Honours Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University (Canada)and has extensive hands-on leadership experience in offering renewable solutions to Municipal, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Power Transmission/Distribution & other industrial sectors for the last23 years.
Marcel is a sports enthusiast and actively participates in competitivetournament level tennis in both Canada and USA. He is also an alumni member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity (Iota Mu Chapter at Wilfrid Laurier University)
