TANK FARM MONITORING SYSTEM Our system provides a passive monitoring of tank levels and valves positions.   LEVEL MONITORING Each of the 12 holding tanks (1 through 13, #4 removed) are fitted with an analog level transmitter that provides volumetric information to the PLC. The PLC processes this information and displays real time volumes of the tanks on two 15 inch HMIs that are mirroring each other (same information is displayed on both). Local readings of the tanks volumes are provided by field installed “repeaters”. Each of the 12 devices are housed in weatherproof housings and labeled for easy identification.…
